dang

Man I can't believe it's been over a month since i updated this baby! Well it's been hell and high water since last post. Last month I spent more time in LA than in Vegas! It was a whirlwind. The first week of June was fine (though it was only 4 days!). The second i had to go to LA to help Phil move (with enough things going wrong to make yet another reality show). I even squeezed in a day to go to work in the office there! Then i was in Vegas for most of week 3, but went to LA again on the 17th and was there for 2 weeks! Man now i remember why i moved! TRAFFIC SUCKS! I was partially homeless while i was there even :(

I slept in 4 different homes over those 2 weeks so i had clothes and crap all over Orange and LA county!

On a fun note, we went to the beach last weekend. I'd never been to Laguna Beach (site of the famous falling Million dollar houses). Man it was weird like the movies! People screaming out bible passages, old losers walking their dogs trying to pick up chicks, young guys walking dogs trying to pick up chicks, silicon, 80 pound women, and lots of lobsters!

Being the morons we are, Phil and i jumped head first (read: not thinking) into the COLD ocean water and spent about an hour or so jumping into incoming waves and riptides! Women take note! This is a great way to exfoliate for free! All of the sand and God knows what else in the water was rubbing against my skin for that hour and it was smoooooth after that (for the most part). The next day i was sunburned! Just on the shoulders and my face was a bit red (but not burned). The shoulders were sore that monday. This is even after putting on sunblock! But the sunblock was ripped off due to the exfoliating too ha ha.

The branch office moved too while i was there so that was a lot of work (but not for me ha ha ha) in getting everything moved and stuff. hopefully everything should be hooked up by next week (phones and internet and stuff).

Then i went to Janice's wedding and drove home that same night! Got home to Great Las Vegas at 1 am that night and slept my ass off! Thank God Susan was with me on the ride to keep me awake (otherwise i would have driven back on Sunday). I would have been like Homer in that one episode of the Simpsons where he said, "I can drive all night" and the next scene you see this car crash and go up into flames. Then it pans to a hotel and Bart says, "Glad that wasn't us."


Whew it's good to be back but i'm still sleepy :(

And my damn washing machine still isn't fixed yet!
